I found Liberty Roofing Window & Siding by going through HomeAdvisor. I researched the company and found that it had an awesome rating. I was doing a complete investment property / home renovation project, inside and out. I needed siding on the house, done fast and within a tight budget. I was frustrated with several other companies coming in too high, and using high-pressure sales pitches. When Peter called, I had almost given up on doing the siding at all. Peter assured me that we could come to an agreement; he immediately put me at ease. I signed on that day. The job needed to be scheduled around other jobs being done – doors, outside lights. Each time I called the office, they were fast, courteous, and patient with my questions and concerns. Always taking the time to explain, or getting back to me within the day with the answer.
I was called to schedule material delivery, and was able to change the date for delivery and the install with no complications. The crew showed when expected, on time, and was fantastic. Each night, when the crew left, the place was neat and clean. The house looks totally different, absolutely beautiful. Peter sent me the before-and-after pictures that he took. I am sorry I didn’t find Liberty Roofing Window & Siding before doing my windows and doors. I actually asked the crew to leave the “Liberty” sign on my lawn. I purchased this house in August 2012, and had no idea as to the status of the windows in my new home; they looked good to me (first time homebuyer). During the winter months, I quickly found out that they were not good and air was coming through as if I had my windows and front door wide open. I had met with two other window companies and they

As happy as we were about the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism in which the work crew went about performing their work, pointing out the differences in the quality of the shingles they were using on our house versus one of our neighbors, who had replaced his roof only months earlier, and the care in which they went about performing the cleanup after the work was completed, the care and professionalism you displayed toward us before we even signed the contract was truly appreciated.
After sustaining the damage to our roof and siding during Hurricane Sandy, it was traumatic to see your most valuable investment in need of major repairs. I want to commend your workers for the quick, efficient, and careful removal and installation of new roofing at my residence. It was amazing to see how each worker instinctively knew what to do and all worked compatibly to complete the job quickly and on schedule. The Owens Corning’s 50-year fiberglass architectural Duration TruDefinition series creates a beautiful appearance and very much resembles wood shakes in style and color, giving my home a very “up-scale” sophisticated look. In my search for a roofing company, I went online to find five roofing companies in the Ellicott City area, and each was interviewed and asked to submit a proposal with price quote and shingle brand.
One submitted a spread-sheet with part numbers and no description and no brand selection. Another submitted a 20 point proposal recommending IKO architectural 50-year shingles and a second choice of Owens Corning fiberglass 50-year – the same shingle that you provided – but his price was over two thousand dollars more. His proposal was second to your proposal that detailed 26 points of installation detail and follow-through. Another proposal didn’t even mention valley and ice shields and when questioned, his response was: “Oh, everyone knows that they are included.”
But I wanted a written detailed proposal like what Liberty Roofing Window & Siding provided in a very professional detailed listing point-by-point regarding what the customer should expect. Another issue was shingle quality. All things considered, Liberty Roofing Window & Siding is at the head of the class with product quality, proposal detail, attractiveness of product, and fair and reasonable pricing. When I contacted them, they came right out and gave us an estimate of what needed to be done and how they would do it. Mr. Deily was very polite and explained everything that they were going to do. He explained about the materials they would be using and the value. Even as women, my sister and I were able to understand what the project would entail. Mr. Deily explained that the materials that they would be using would be delivered the day before they were to begin working; and it was. They began working at the time they said they would and did a wonderful job. The whole experience of having our roof fixed was very rewarding and satisfying. Mr Deily said they would remove any debris that they caused and they did. My sister and I have nothing but praises for the job they did for us.
